DAY 1: NAIROBI - MASAI MARA
Jambo! The driver is waiting upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi to bring you to the Nairobi Wilson Airport (which takes about 45 minutes). You board a stunning 1-hour flight to the Mara North Conservancy, the northern half of the Serengeti-Masai Mara ecosystem. Landed at the Musiara Airstrip, you receive a bush welcome drink, a warm African welcome. Then it’s time for your transfer to the Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp (which takes approximately 30 minutes). After the check-in and camp briefing, you have lunch and some free time to enjoy the facilities of the camp, overlooking the Mara River (don’t miss our hippo pool!). Your personal butler is on call 24/7 to assist with any inquiries you may have during your stay at the camp. Late afternoon your adventure starts! You go on an exclusive game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve for a short period of time when there is interesting game in the area. Ideal for making the most spectacular photos! A Maasai guides you to the restaurant at the end of the day to enjoy a fine dinner and back to your luxury tent for your first overnight.
DAY 2: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
You awake before dawn and set out in the early morning moonlight for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: an amazing hot air balloon safari over the Mara plains. There is no better way to admire the beauty of nature than from above, where you have a magnificent bird’s eye view of all the animals below. A breathtaking experience that will for sure even surpass your expectations and ends with an unforgettable champagne breakfast in the savanna. You return at the camp for another exciting adventure: a guided nature walk. Follow the footsteps of ancient explorers and use all your senses while you discover the nature on foot. The ranger will show you how to track animals and will brief you on how to approach them always keeping a safe distance. In the afternoon you have lunch at the camp and some time at leisure. Late afternoon you set off to experience another safari adventure in the Masai Mara National Reserve until the sun sets. Upon return you can exchange your stories of today’s adventures while having dinner or your favorite drink at the bar.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
This morning after a delicious breakfast, you leave for a full day private game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the world’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries. Together with the Serengeti it forms one spectacular ecosystem with an incredible diversity of wild animals. During ‘The Great Migration’ (July - October) over a million wildebeest and thousands of other animals pass through, searching for fresh new grass after the rains. Game viewing is excellent year-round with an extraordinary density of animals, including the ‘big five’. The advantage of a private safari is that you only need to take your own wishes and those of your travel companion into account. Lunch is served picnic style in the bush, a fantastic experience! Back at the camp you have the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you enjoy a lovely dinner and your last overnight in your luxury tent.
DAY 4: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE- ZANZIBAR
The day starts with nice cup of coffee, ready to leave for an early morning game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Our expert guides know the area like nobody else and do their utmost to trace the game for you as the sun rises. During the morning period the animals are more active and you have the best light conditions to take your pictures. When you return at the camp, a sumptuous breakfast is already set up for you. Depending on your flight time, you have your last lunch at the camp before your transfer back to the Musiara Airstrip to board your flight to the tropical island of Zanzibar via the Nairobi Wilson Airport (a flight time of approximately 4,5 hours). The driver is waiting upon your arrival at the Zanzibar International Airport to bring you to the Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa (a transfer of approximately 1 hour). The start of your beach holiday at the coral white sandy, palm-fringed beach of Kiwengwa and the warm crystal-clear water of the Indian Ocean. You stay on all-inclusive basis in a Deluxe Seaside Ocean View Room, conveniently located near the beach and the pools.
DAY 5 - DAY 10: ZANZIBAR
Enjoy your beach time at the Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa.
DAY 11: ZANZIBAR
Time to return home with a suitcase full of unforgettable African memories. A transfer is foreseen to bring you to the Zanzibar International Airport.

- Lunch may be replaced by picnic depending on the program and flight times
- All games drives take place on a shared basis (unless mentioned otherwise) in land cruisers with experienced drivers (guaranteed window seats)
- For the domestic flights the total baggage allowance per passenger (inclusive of hand baggage and cameras) is 15kgs in soft bags
- The domestic flights require the passenger names on the ticket exactly match the passport used to travel. Please make sure to check all names carefully upon reservation.
- The routing of the domestic flight may include 1 or more stops at different airstrips
- The last flight to the Musiara Airstrip departs at 15h. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking international flights arriving early morning in Nairobi International Airport. If needed a prenight hotel in Nairobi can be arranged (price on demand)
